The following statements outline our privacy policy for Credit Repair Champ, as it relates to how we collect, communicate and disclose and/or make use of your personal information. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Refunds/Cancellations

No call/No shows forfeit all payments.

A 24-hour notice is required if rescheduling or canceling your consultation. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellation, no refund will be given.

There are absolutely no refunds for services or products once received!

We have a 30 and 3 rule. This means that if in 30 days we have reach out to you through phone, text and email, with no response. You will automatically be removed from our course and client list. With NO REFUND. At that point if you would like to be reinstated, you would have to go through the course again and pay the fee.

Changes in Privacy Policy:

This Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Site and this Privacy Policy periodically and to be aware of any modifications. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting those changes on this page.

Cancellation

We do not put any of our clients on a contract. You may cancel at any time. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds so once a payment is received for a service or course you will not be refunded.

We do ask that if you decide to cancel for any reason to email us at service@creditrepairchamp.com and let us know that you have decided to cancel so that we can close out your file. Your subject line should be as listed (Cancelling Service).

We give a 3-day window from the due date each month to receive payment for another round. If we don’t receive payment or hear from you as a client within the 7-day window your file will be closed and you will have to start the registration process all over again.

Our Responsibility

Our job is solely to help and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through. We cannot predict and we do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through this Website. The products and services sold on this website are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of a credit score increase. Your level of success in attaining the results from using our products and information depends on the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques used, your finances, knowledge, and various skills. Since these factors differ among each individual, we cannot guarantee your success nor are we responsible for any of your actions. This applies to all services and products.

All business and service-related emails should be sent over to service@creditrepairchamp.com. All email responses are sent within 48 hours of receipt. All consultations are provided by phone unless otherwise indicated.
